We ship worldwide. Most orders are delivered to Europe/USA, but we also ship to many international countries. If your country is selected at checkout, shipping there is possible.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping option chosen:

• Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (picking and preparation for shipment)
  
• DHL Standard Shipping (EU): approximately 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
  
• DHL Full/VIP Shipping (EU): approximately 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
  

International: approximately 4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Yes, they can exist, but it is our company's responsibility to ensure the product arrives in good condition and that all necessary taxes are paid.

You have 30 days to return the product from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the items:

Unused, never worn and in perfect condition.

All tags are still attached.

In addition, for deliveries within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.

  After reviewing your request, we will send you the return address and further instructions. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and processed, we will notify you by email. If the refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method in approximately 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

Once the order has been shipped, it will not be possible to make changes later. However, you may request a return after receiving your order, in accordance with our policy.

If any item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@offkynor.com and, if possible, attach photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate the matter and find a solution quickly (replacement or refund).
